📦 Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that meet the following conditions:

Non-returnable items include:

Used, damaged, or altered products
🔄 Return Process

Include your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos (if applicable).

Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
💸 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will:

Approve or reject the refund based on item condition

If approved, issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
❗Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll offer a replacement or full refund, including return shipping.
📦 Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
🌍 International Returns
For returns outside the EU, US, Canada, and Australia:
Please contact us first. Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable, and international return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
